Privacy Policy for JusticeSphere

Last updated: October 18, 2025 This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Three Sixty Solutions (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the JusticeSphere application and services (the “Service”). It informs You of Your privacy rights and how the law in Pakistan and other jurisdictions protects You. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, case details, uploaded documents (such as contracts, FIRs, CNICs), legal arguments, research queries, deposition transcripts, and any information shared with the AI agents.
  • Service refers to the JusticeSphere application, its features, and associated websites.
  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
  • You means the individual (such as a Lawyer, Judge, Paralegal, Student, or Civilian) accessing or using the Service.

2. Collecting and Using Your Data

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information to create and manage Your Account. This may include, but is not limited to:
  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Professional information (e.g., Bar Council number for lawyers), where applicable

Sensitive Case Data

To utilize the core functions of our Service, such as the Research Assistant, Case Management, and Deposition Assistant, You will be providing Sensitive Case Data. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for this data. We process this data solely to provide the Service’s functionality to You. Our commitment to this data is paramount:
  • Confidentiality: All Sensitive Case Data is treated as strictly confidential.
  • Encryption: This data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Our administrative staff cannot access Your unencrypted Sensitive Case Data.
  • No AI Training: We will never use Your Sensitive Case Data to train our AI models or for any other purpose. Your data will not be used to generate responses for other users.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include information such as Your Device’s IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visit, and other diagnostic data to improve service stability and performance.

3. Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
  • To manage Your Account: To manage Your registration and provide access to the Service’s functionalities.
  • To contact You: To contact You by email or other electronic communication regarding updates, security alerts, or functional changes to the Service.
  • To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
We use Your Sensitive Case Data strictly for the purpose of executing the functions of the Service as directed by You within Your Account.

4. Sharing of Your Personal Information

We may share Your personal information in limited situations:
  • With Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers (such as our cloud hosting provider) to facilitate our Service. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are permitted to use your data only to perform services on our behalf.
  • For Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, sale of Company assets, or acquisition, Your Personal Data may be among the assets transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred.
  • To Comply with the Law: We may disclose Your information where required to do so by law, in response to valid requests by public authorities in Pakistan (e.g., a court or a government agency like the FIA) under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), 2016 or other applicable laws.
We will not share your Sensitive Case Data with business partners, affiliates, or any other third party for marketing or any other purpose not explicitly stated herein.

5. Retention and Deletion of Your Data

We will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as Your Account is active or as needed to comply with our legal obligations. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period. You have full control over Your Sensitive Case Data. You may modify or delete cases, documents, and other data from within the Service at any time. Upon deletion by You, the data is permanently removed from our active systems. Residual copies may remain in our secure, encrypted backups for a limited period before being permanently erased.

6. Transfer of Your Data

Your information, including Personal Data and Sensitive Case Data, is processed and stored on secure servers located in London, United Kingdom. This means Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Pakistan, where the data protection laws may differ. The United Kingdom maintains a high standard of data protection, providing adequate controls for the security of Your data. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents Your explicit agreement to that transfer.

7. Security of Your Data

The security of Your data is Our highest priority. We use commercially reasonable and industry-standard security measures, including end-to-end encryption, to protect Your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use all means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

JusticeSphere is a technological tool designed to assist with legal research and case management. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
  • Not a Substitute for a Lawyer: The information and output generated by the Service are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional legal advice from a qualified, licensed lawyer.
  • No Lawyer-Client Relationship: Your use of the Service does not create a lawyer-client relationship, nor does it create any form of attorney-client privilege between You and the Company.
You should not act or refrain from acting based on information obtained from the Service without first seeking appropriate legal or other professional advice.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not intended for and does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Minors”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that a Minor has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from a Minor without verification of parental consent, We will take steps to terminate the account and remove that information from our servers.
